Collisport Terra

Collisport Terra is an ophthalmic solution with lubricating and moisturizing eye drops, specifically formulated for all athletes who practice activities related to the earth and who therefore expose the eyes to atmospheric agents and pollutants such as dust, smog and sand. These sportsmen need particular protection and hydration.

Collisport Terra Eye Drops contains Hyaluronic Acid, Glycerin, and extracts of Mallow and Chamomile of vegetable origin

Hyaluronic acid sodium salt (HA) is one of the most hygroscopic molecules present in nature and, once hydrated, can contain a quantity of water a thousand times higher than its own weight. Used at the ocular level, this exceptional water retention capacity is exploited to protect and improve hydration and the precorneal area. Hyaluronic acid is in fact one of the active ingredients most used in tear substitutes for the treatment of various forms of discomfort and dry eyes.

Mallow, a plant widely used in popular tradition for its soothing capacity, thanks to the presence of mucilage, if used on the ocular surface brings an anti-redness and anti-itch action, which supports the action of hyaluronic acid and chamomile in the decongestant action of the eye.

The beneficial effects of Chamomile on the eye have long been known and exploited, both in the case of tired and red eyes, and in the presence of inflammatory states, such as conjunctivitis. The emollient and decongestant effects of chamomile provide immediate relief and, together with the other components of the eye drops, improve eye hygiene.
